- Available Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
- Rental is $475 for a maximum of 4 hours and 30 minutes, no later than 11:30pm. All persons must be out of the building no later than 11:30pm.
- $200 deposit required to reserve a date.
- $100 CASH security deposit is due 14 days prior to the rental date. Security deposit will be returned minus any property damages.
- In the event it is necessary to cancel your rental date, a refund will be made only 30 days prior to said date.
- If reserving a date within 21 days, all monies must be paid in cash. (No checks will be accepted)
- Only decorations permitted will be on the tops of tables. Nothing may be hung from the walls or ceilings.
- Our custodian will set-up tables and chairs according to the renter's specifications.
- Our custodian will make coffee in our urn, if you desire. One pound of coffee will make 60 cups of coffee. Hot water is available for tea. Renters must provide their own coffee.
- Use of our kitchen is NOT INCLUDED. Food may be kept in our household refrigerator. Stove and other equipment may NOT be used.
- Removal of food and table coverings from tables is the responsibility of the renter and must be done by the end of the rental time. Our custodian will provide plastic bags.
- We are located in a residential area and renters must conform with noise/music levels of the New York City Administrative Code and Environmental Protection Agency guidelines. No music will be played after 11:00pm. No congregating outside of the building will be permitted.
